The receptionist Jenny/Jennifer was lovely she made us feel welcome, she had a smile on her face and nothing was to much bother for her. It’s always nice to see a smile and feel at ease when your worried about your child and needing help.

Maybe have something for adhd patients to do, the wait is quite an anxious part for them.
